Our History
ICS IntraCoastal Studies, LLC was organized under the laws of South Carolina on January 25, 2017. ICS is a service-disabled veteran owned small business. ICS originally was established to measure the pollutants and runoff of chemicals into the intercoastal waterway system of the Eastern United States. During the pandemic of covid 19, ICS was inactive. Beginning in April of 2022, ICS began looking for new technologies to provide underwater services for a variety of missions. Effective June 12, 2023, ICS will train its first class of underwater robotic vehicle operators and begin an archeological study of the buried city of Woodstock, NC.

On June 19, ICS begins underwater exploration of Woodstock and will follow up with the production of a documentary titled “Rediscovering Woodstock”.
