ICS conducts Underwater Archeological Study Of Woodstock On The Pungo

IntraCoastal Studies (ICS)  conducted a two-month underwater archeological study of Woodstock on the Pungo River in North Carolina from June 12th to August 1st of 2023. The primary objectives of this study was to survey and map what remains of the original town while retrieving and cataloging any artifacts that may be discovered. This information will be used to document and add to the historical record of the town.
